Hello if you have a Q3 and are receiving an error when you try and update the device through the OTA Updater then this post applies to you !
We are currently asking our customers to disregard any updates received from the OTA updater. We are working closely with our developers to resolve any pending issues. To turn off the OTA updater notifications, please navigate to your settings and open the applications section. Then, please scroll through your list of applications and locate “OTA Updater”, select it, scroll down to “Notifications” and select to turn it off.
